How do I book a room via the Member Portal?
- Log in to the WorkPlace Member Portal.
- Under Tools, click Book a Room. This will open a new tab to our booking platform, Robin.
- Select the date, start time, and duration of your meeting.
Click Find a Space to view a list of available rooms. Optional: Select the room capacity and the room type (e.g., huddle or conference room).
- Click Book meeting next to the room you want to book.
Note: Open time slots will be in green.
- Enter a title for your meeting, invite your guests, and confirm the start and end time and dates are correct. Click Book and Check In Now to complete your booking.
