Note: Your account will lock if your password is entered incorrectly multiple times in a row. It will unlock automatically after 1 hour, but if you need immediate assistance, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a ticket to workplace@convene.com for assistance.
You will receive an email with a temporary password, e.g., 7fW6k2N8. - Open a web browser and go to workplace.convene.com.
- Sign in to your account with the temporary password.
This will lead you to the page below: - Enter the temporary password as the old password and create a new password.
Click Submit to sign in. - Once you are signed in, click My Profile > Edit Security Question.
- Select a new security question or create your own.
Enter the answer to your security question, your account's password, and click Save.
