How do I reset my sit stand desk?

If your desk is not moving up or down, please follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Press the up and down arrows at the same time and hold them until you hear a beep.
2. Press the down arrow key and hold until the table is at its lowest position.
3. Press the up arrow to adjust your desk's height.

If your desk only moves down but won’t go up, please try these steps:

1. Press the down arrow key and hold until the table is at its lowest position.
2. Continue holding until you hear the beep.
3. Press the up arrow to adjust your desk's height.

If your desk does not reset after following the above steps, please notify the on-site staff at the Convene reception desk or email workplace@convene.com.
