Confirmation via email
In the example below, a room declined my meeting with an email titled “Declined: Test booking”.
An accepted email will be titled “Accepted: Test booking”, but if you aren't seeing these emails, please check Outlook to see if there are any filters that apply to this email.
Confirmation via "Scheduling" view
Aside from the email, you can always confirm if the room has accepted your meeting by looking at the room in the “Scheduling” view in Outlook.
Note: The room will appear as an “attendee” in the left panel.
If you don’t see either a or , contact support@convene.com as soon as possible with a screenshot like the one above and note the time you took the screenshot.
Best practice
If you reschedule a meeting, re-confirm the room is still available. the room is still available, you’ll see a on the meeting in Outlook, otherwise the room is not available.
