Sharing your screen via the HDMI cable
All meeting room displays additionally include a HDMI cable to share a computer screen. Locate the HDMI cable and bundled adapters under the table or by the conference phone.
Connect the appropriate adapter to the HDMI cable and plug it into your computer. You should see your computer screen mirrored to the meeting room display.
There are several adapters bundled with the HDMI cable to support most computers.
Set up audio via the conference phone
For the best audio experience, we recommend dialing in to your conference with the conference phone.
Here are a few additional things to note when using our conference phones:
- You don't need to dial anything before starting a call
- International calls are supported
- Incoming calls can't be received
Connecting to the room's video camera
Locate the USB cable (type A) under the table or by the conference phone and connect it to your computer. Within your video conferencing software, select select "Unite 200" or "Huddly GO" as the camera as your video source.
