Every meeting room includes a TV display and a conference phone. Convene's Conference and Board rooms, as well as some Huddle rooms, additionally include a video conferencing camera that works with all major video conferencing software. To see if your meeting room has a camera, view the room's amenities in the WorkPlace mobile app.

Sharing your screen wirelessly via Solstice
All meeting room displays include Solstice to share a computer screen wirelessly. To begin sharing your screen, navigate to the IP address shown on the bottom-left of the room's display and follow the Solstice instructions.
If you haven't previously installed the Solstice app, you should navigate to the display's IP address, eg., http://10.36.16.40, in your browser and follow the instructions to download the app. See Download the Solstice App for additional support.
In the Solstice app, enter the IP address shown on the bottom-left of the room's display and click "Go." You will see a 4-digit code appear on the screen.
Enter the code and you will see additional sharing options in the Solstice app such as sharing your desktop or a specific app window.

Sharing your screen via the HDMI cable
All meeting room displays additionally include a HDMI cable to share a computer screen. Locate the HDMI cable and bundled adapters under the table or by the conference phone.
Connect the appropriate adapter to the HDMI cable and plug it into your computer. You should see your computer screen mirrored to the meeting room display.

For the best audio experience, we recommend dialing in to your conference with the conference phone.
Here are a few additional things to note when using our conference phones:
- You don't need to dial anything before starting a call
- International calls are supported
- Incoming calls can't be received
Connecting to the room's video camera
Locate the USB cable (type A) under the table or by the conference phone and connect it to your computer. Within your video conferencing software, select select "Unite 200" or "Huddly GO" as the camera as your video source.
