Joining a meeting

Click the link under Join Zoom Meeting in your meeting invite or launch the Zoom application and enter your Meeting ID.
When prompted, select your video and audio preferences.
- Connect via phone:
  Click Phone Call and use the conference phone to dial-in.
  Follow the phone prompts to enter the Meeting ID and Participant ID.
- Connect via computer:
  Click Computer Audio and click Join With Computer Audio to use your computer's internal mic and speakers. If you prefer using your computer's audio, select the Automatically join audio by computer when joining a meeting checkbox.
Optional) If there is a conference webcam in the room, locate the USB cable and connect it to your computer.
If your computer doesn't automatically change cameras, follow the steps below:
- Click the upward facing arrow next to Start Video on the bottom left corner.
- Select Huddly GO/Huddly IQ or Unite 200.
