How do I connect to the conference room webcam via GoToMeeting? – Convene Support

Joining a meeting

Click the GoToMeeting link in your meeting invite and enter the Meeting ID (this is the 9-digit-code labeled as Access Code in your email).
When prompted, select your video and audio preferences.

Video: Select your computer's camera from the drop down or follow step 3 to use the room's camera.
Audio: Click Computer to use your computer's internal mic and speakers or Phone to dial-in using the number included in the meeting invite.
(Optional) If there is a conference webcam in the room, locate the USB cable and connect it to your computer.
If your computer doesn't automatically change cameras, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon from the top right corner.
- Click the dropdown under Camera and select Huddly GO/Huddly IQ/Extron or Unite 200.
- Click OK, I'M READY.
