Joining a meeting

Follow the steps below to join a BlueJeans meeting:

Click Join Meeting in your meeting invite.
Enter the meeting ID, your name, and click Join [OR] sign in if you have an account.
(Optional: Select your audio and video preferences at the bottom of the screen before clicking Join).
If you want to change your audio preferences, navigate your mouse towards the top of the screen, click the downward facing arrow next to the audio icon, and select from one of the options.

Note: If you want to dial-in, select Switch to phone audio and dial-in with the number provided on the screen.
(Optional) If there is a conference webcam in the room, locate the USB cable and connect it to your computer.
If your computer doesn't automatically change cameras, follow the steps below:
- Click the Settings icon at the top right of the window.
- Click the Camera dropdown and select Huddly GO/Huddly IQ or Unite 200.
