Why haven't I received any emails from Convene? How do I make sure I can receive them?

Background

Depending on your company's IT policies, third-party apps and cookies may be blocked.

This means that emails from Convene (WorkPlace onboarding), Convene WorkPlace (meeting room bookings), ezeep (cloud printing service), Proxyclick (guest registration management system), Mailchimp (Community programming and newsletters), and Weebly (Convene Kitchen orders via Square) may not appear in your inbox.

Domains to whitelist

If your account does not have permission to whitelist domains, please contact your IT team to whitelist the following domains:

• convene.com
• convene.workplace.com
• ezeep.com
• proxyclick.com
• mailchimp.com
• weebly.com

If your account has permission to whitelist domains, please follow the steps below.

How-to whitelist a domain via Outlook & Hotmail

1. Go to Office 365's sign-in page or Outlook.com (Hotmail.com automatically redirects to outlook.live.com).
2. Sign in with your username and password.
3. (Optional) Click the Junk Email folder and check if there is an email you want to move back into your inbox. To move it back to the Inbox folder, click the email > Not junk > Not junk.
   
   
   
4. To whitelist a domain, click the Settings icon > View all Outlook settings.
   
   
   
5. Click Mail > Junk email > + Add.
   Enter the domains below and click Save when you are finished:
   
   • Convene.com
   • Ezeep.com
   • Proxyclick.com
   • Mailchimp.com
   • Weebly.com
     
     

How-to whitelist a domain via Gmail

1. Go to Gmail's sign-in page.
2. Sign in with your username and password.
3. (Optional) Click the Spam folder and check if there is an email you want to move back into your inbox. To move it back to the Inbox folder, click the email > Looks safe.
   
   
   
4. To whitelist a domain, click the Settings icon > Settings.
   
   
   
5. Click Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter.
   
   
   
6. Enter the domains below and click Create filter when you are finished:
   
   • Convene.com
   • Ezeep.com
   • Proxyclick.com
   • Mailchimp.com
   • Weebly.com
     Note: Enter OR in caps in between each domain, e.g., convene.com OR ezeep.com OR mailchimp.com.
     
     
     
7. Select the checkbox for Never send it to Spam and click Create filter.
