If you're not seeing anyone upon joining a breakout session using Safari, you may need to enable "Auto-Play" for the event site. If you don't have permission to update your browser preferences or aren't interested, we recommend using Google Chrome since it doesn't require auto-play.
To enable "Auto-Play" for Safari, navigate to your browser preferences.
Select "Websites" along the top of the window and scroll down the list until you see "Auto-Play." Select "Allow All Auto-Play." Refresh the event site to ensure the page reloads.
