There are a few places to check the room capacity when you schedule meetings through the Member Portal.
Click the Book a Room link then choose the location, floor, time, and date you need to reserve the space.
You will then see a list of available spaces. Each of the spaces will include a room occupancy to help determine the best fit for your needs.
You can also click the Capacity button to narrow down the list of options based on the number of people.
If you prefer to see a calendar view of available spaces, click the Schedule tab. This will show the available meeting rooms in a block calendar.
Choose the date and location you want, then click on the desired room to get more details about occupancy.
You may need to scroll up to the top of the window to see the occupancy information.
